To remove the "Next Blog" from Blogger do the following:
Open your blog
Go to Settings
Click on Layout tab
Click on Edit HTML
Find the <head> in the code - it will be toward the top
Click at the end of it
Hit Enter
Paste the following code:

Click on Save Template
